“Thank you so much for the over-the-top assistance you provided to me and to MSPE for our Engineers Week Banquet on February 23. As you know we had an extremely difficult time working with the Swank AV in the Hotel Sofitel, which hosted our event. They were unreasonable, both in cost and professionalism, and I asked the Midwest Society of Association Executives (MSAE) for assistance in finding an alternative source where we could rent all of the equipment we needed for our banquet and awards presentation.

I couldn’t have been happier with MSAE’s suggestion that I call you! Though we were only about 10 days out from our event, you patiently answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and provided me with top-notch equipment at very reasonable prices. Everything was delivered to the hotel on time, where you took the time to explain how to hook up and operate the equipment.
